Boys and girls in going into grades 8th- 12th are invited to join us for this year’s Knight Athletic Training Camp. The focus on this summer program will include plyometric work of either upper or lower body, and other anaerobic work of either speed or agility. The program will start off teaching proper mechanics and then develop those mechanics over the summer.
Girls Session: Workouts will focus on overall speed, agility, strength, and flexibility. With a strong emphasis in proper mechanics, athletes can expect to improve in all facets of their athletic training.
