Boys and girls in going into grades 8th- 12th are invited to join us for this year’s Knight Athletic Training Camp. The focus on this summer program will include plyometric work of either upper or lower body, and other anaerobic work of either speed or agility. The program will start off teaching proper mechanics and then develop those mechanics over the summer.
Boys Session: Will have an emphasis on powerlifting and overall strength and speed gains. Boys going into grades 8 - 12 can expect a complete body workout throughout the week with the goal of making maximum gains in speed, agility, and overall body strength.
